    Real karate, for the real world. And no that doesn't mean "practical" techniques like eye gouging or joint locks. It means ningen karate, human karate, karate that is part of your life, your character. Push yourself to be the best that you can be, but be patient at the same time. I started training here over 6years ago and Seido is now such an intrinsic part of me that I will be training in one shape or form for the rest of my life. I would recommend to anyone who seeks martial arts to help them become not just physically stronger, but a better person.

    I've been training here for about 4 years and would definitely recommend it.
    When i started i had no martial arts experience at all and it was the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of the dojo that kept me coming back.
    Now as a more experienced student i appreciate the professional attitudes and quality of the instructors, the structured syllabus and teaching methods and most of all the traditional Japanese art of Karate.
