I originally booked online and the shipment got delayed. But Andrew handled it very professionally and offered different solutions. His genuine gesture conveys nothing but the fact that he puts people first, which you don’t see often, if any at all, somewhere else. I choose to pick up myself and my notebook is carefully wrapped like a present! If you are looking for notebooks or magazines, look no further and come to Journals. I know I will.
